Things Taken care by Land Lord

  • Bore-well, Building plan & Drawings, Architect consultation and Structural drawings, to be taken up by the Contractor at Extra Cost.
  • Any violation Penalty to the BBMP should be taken care by the Land Lord.
  • Power connection and bills of the connection should be taken care by the Land Lord.
  • KEB deposits, electrical meters, transformer (if required) and Cauvery Water connection should be taken care by the land Lord.
  • CCTV, Video Doors Cameras, Home Automation, Plaster of Paris, Interior Decoration, Wood works will be charged as per Landlord requirement and specifications.
  • Exterior Building Elevation (Steel work, Beedings, Grooves etc) will be charged extra.

Work will Commence only after Agreement between Builder & Land Lord
